Here’s what makes my work so special, in their own words, rubs or purrs!

My professional journey with cats spans over 15 years, during which I’ve developed a deep understanding of their health, behaviour, and emotional needs.

I’ve worked in hands-on and leadership roles with Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, RSPCA, and Wood Green, as well as managing a veterinary boarding cattery — experiences that shape the calm, thoughtful care I offer today.Supporting cats, especially those needing extra help, has always been close to my heart. I’ve fostered and rehabilitated many cats and kittens with medical or behavioural needs, helping them feel safe, build confidence, and learn to trust again. After the closure of the RSPCA Putney Veterinary Hospital in 2020, I became a dedicated cat sitter, providing gentle, tailored care and building lasting relationships with clients — some from the very beginning.
In 2024, I expanded my knowledge through specialised training with Clinical Animal Behaviourist Caroline Clark, and I continue to develop my approach, focusing on helping cats feel understood and supported through both care and preventative guidance. My love for cats is deeply personal. I grew up with rescue cats, and in 2012 I rescued Keela (featured in the photos!) after she was abandoned. Seventeen years on, she still brings me joy — a true expert in relaxation and creamy treats!

Because every cat deserves to feel safe, understood, and at home.

Additional Information
Comfort Visits
Comfort visits are typically arranged in the morning and evening, with flexibility where required.
Some cats require a more involved level of care due to medical needs, behavioural support, or additional tasks within a visit.
Where care is more complex or time-intensive, I may recommend booking the Extended Visit (40–50 minutes), or adding additional visits where appropriate.
This ensures your cat receives calm, unhurried care with enough time for all aspects of their routine to be completed properly.
Any additional care requirements (such as more complex grooming, extended support, or unusual care tasks) will always be discussed and agreed in advance.
Overnight Care
The Easter weekend rate applies to overnight stays on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, and Easter Sunday.
Overnight Care is popular, especially during school holidays, and long weekends, so early booking is recommended to secure your preferred dates.
Single-night bookings may be limited depending on availability.
Cover Area
My cat care services are available in Furzedown, Streatham Park, and part of West Streatham (Wandsworth, South West London). The map shows the exact area I cover (outlined in blue).

Create a home where your cat can thrive

Every cat deserves a home that supports their natural instincts. My personalised consultations help you create an enriching environment — whether you’re settling in a new cat or improving life for one already at home. Together, we’ll explore simple, practical ways to reduce stress, support their well-being and enrich their daily life.My approach is shaped by years of hands-on experience working with cats in shelters, helping many cats and kittens through transitions and offering guidance to adopters and foster carers.
As a Certified Feline Behaviour Counsellor, I have a strong understanding of how a cat’s environment influences their behaviour and well-being.I currently specialise in preventative, environment-based support — helping you create the right foundations at home and spot early signs of stress or imbalance before they develop into behavioural issues.

Consultations are offered in-person within my cat sitting cover area (see Cat Sitting section), or online where appropriate. In some cases — particularly for shy, anxious, or easily stressed cats — an online consultation can provide a more comfortable and less disruptive way to assess their environment and needs.
