My journey with cats spans several years and includes leadership roles at well-known UK rescue charities like Battersea, the RSPCA, and Wood Green. I’ve also managed a boarding cattery within the Goddard Veterinary Group, deepening my understanding of feline care and health.Supporting and nurturing vulnerable cats has always been at the heart of my work. I’ve fostered and rehabilitated many cats and kittens — many with medical, behavioural, or socialisation needs — helping them build confidence and find comfort, with the goal of giving them the best chance at a happy, permanent home. When the RSPCA Putney Veterinary Hospital sadly closed in 2020, I chose to turn my passion into a profession. Since then, I’ve been a dedicated cat sitter, proud to offer compassionate, personalised care and to have built lasting relationships with many wonderful clients — some of whom have been with me from the very beginning!
In 2024, motivated by a deep desire to make an even greater difference, I completed specialised training with Caroline Clark, Registered Clinical Animal Behaviourist.
Under her mentorship, I earned my accredited diploma in Feline Behaviour Counselling and, by the end of 2025, will be launching Mew Chapter, a service dedicated to improving cats’ lives through understanding and compassionate behaviour guidance. My love for cats is deeply personal. I grew up with rescue cats, and in 2012, I rescued Keela (in both pictures), who had been abandoned. Now 16, she’s still by my side - reminding me every day of the incredible joy and fulfilment that comes from caring for these incredible animals.

I believe great service speaks for itself - but some of my human clients had a few kind words to add, and my kitty friends showed their appreciation with rubs and purrs!
'I couldn't recommend Agnes highly enough. My cat adored her, and she was in such safe hands with Agnes, as was my home. I had twice daily updates, and it was clear that Agnes really cares for the animals she looks after. 5-star cat sitter! I will definitely use her again.'
